Workshop: Board Member Support Happy Hour (Dream Keeper)

Workshop: Board Member Support Happy Hour (Dream Keeper)

Board members represent a cornerstone of nonprofit organization governance and advocacy.  Yet, as volunteer community members, many have not received proper training, tools, or guidance on how to be an effective Board member or Board leader.

Participants will review the foundational structure and roles of nonprofit boards.  We will explore a variety of tools and processes that help guide Board actions, ensure effective communication, and  increase Board engagement to strengthen committee and workgroup results.
