Workshop: Preparing Your Team to Implement the Grant Award and Measure Impact (Dream Keeper)
You were awarded the grant, now what? Most organizations focus much of their staff time on program design and rarely plan for implementation. In this session, participants will learn how to use grant reports for project management, evaluation, and relationship-building with funders. Teams will practice mapping program activities to grant outcomes and discover how reports can be tools for future marketing and fundraising.
