Jae Maldonado is a generative mission-driven systems thinker with a demonstrated history of developing cross-sector programs that advance racial equity. He is a values led change agent skilled in business development, contract oversight, and fund development who has dedicated his career to fostering innovation. Jae’s commitment to designing culturally responsive organizational practices that support leaders of color has transformed dozens of organizations in the education, health, and workforce development sectors. He is the recipient of the 2017 Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Award for Health Equity and a 2014 Teachers for Social Justice honoree.
He currently applies his skills to support PJS as a Project Manager for the Dream Keeper Initiative and directs Business Development and Marketing for Be The Change Consulting.
